Getting what you pay for
Poor quality mattress - cover is all baggy, stitching is loose it parts. This is as issued as an urgent replacement as my previous mattress was lost by the courier company so maybe quality was sacrificed for speed!?

Was expecting the wool to be more comfortable.
Very disappointed with this matress. Was described as medium. It is very hard and uncomfortable. We have both got backache and because of this struggle to get out of bed.

Better than I thought!
Bought a few weeks ago, delivery was ok, came rolled up but soon filled out , comfier than I thought it would be, a bit springy/soft getting on n off bed but once your in it’s great, I don’t sweat/flush as much as I did on my old memory foam mattress, (ladies will understand) , obs won’t know how long it’ll last but for me so far it’s been good value, at this point I’d buy again

ok mattress
I have never had a spring mattress before I'm not that impressed I usually have memory foam, I will buy differently next time, I have used my Dormeo Octasmart topper on this but decided to remove it as it's too high, like you need a ladder to go to bed, day 1 woke up with a bad back but I do live with worn lumber disc, osteoporosis and osteoarthritis , I will give it a few more days but I may put the topper back on again

Lovely, very comfortable mattress
Although it is a lovely mattress, there should be a warning about delivery and the fact that comes rolled, it was delivered a few days late and the delivery guy was going to leave it on the ground floor, I am a pensioner and I live in the 3rd floor (no lift) the guy took it to my flat and left it in the hall, I had to drag it to the bedroom and unpack which was very difficult as it weighs 30 kg. The mattress should have been delivered by 2 people!!
