Lovely supportive and extreme comfort mattress
We bought this mattress about a month ago, choosing the firm option, and I have had blissful sleep ever since. It is extremely supportive whilst the cool gel top adds a soft comfort layer. I suffer from lower back pain but the support and pressure relief from this mattress has helped tremendously. The cool gel is definitely cooler than memory foam options which my partner got too hot with. There is no roll together and if I’m soundly asleep I don’t notice my partner turning, as described. It exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend.

A premium mattress.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very luxurious feeling mattress. The gel layer is incredibly comfy and I no longer wake up sweating. I wasnt sure whether to go for soft or firm. As I have back issues I heard firm is best but I did give soft a try this time. Im pleased with my choice as Im supported but still get that slightly squishy feel on the top layer. You will need to use extra deep fitted sheets as its a big boy!

Heats doesn't cool
This is the hotest mattress we have ever slept in...it does not keep you cool. Also really comfortable if you sleep on your back but not so great is you sleep on your side...I wake with back ache most days. Nice and thick, just ashame the gel warns up instead of cools.

Very comfortable!
Bought a couple of weeks ago and I’m really pleased with it. What I will say is that it’s much deeper than my previous one, so the step out of bed takes some getting used too.

Super comfortable and supportive firm king-size ma
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been sleeping on this mattress for a week now, and it’s absolutely amazing. We chose the firm option, and we couldn’t be happier – it’s very supportive and barely sinks under weight, which our backs are definitely thankful for! It’s extremely comfortable for both of us. We went with the king size, and it’s huge – 74 kg of quality! Two delivery men brought it straight into the bedroom and placed it on the bed frame, which was very convenient. One thing we really love is the cool-to-the-touch fabric. It stays pleasantly cool even during hot summer nights, which makes sleeping so much more enjoyable. Overall, the price matches the quality and brand reputation. Highly recommended!

If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to sleep on a supportive cloud that somehow knows you’re always cold but your partner thinks it’s the Sahara… this mattress might just be it. We’ve now had the Silentnight UltraGel 3000 mattress for around a month, and it’s honestly amazing. I’m someone who’s always freezing, while my husband radiates heat like a human furnace — yet somehow we’re both comfortable. The cool gel tech keeps us perfectly balanced, even during the recent heatwave, which felt like trying to nap inside a toaster. Delivery, however… well, let’s just say Silentnight doesn’t win any awards for communication. We booked a delivery date, but had no heads-up when they changed it — surprise! That said, the delivery team were fantastic and truly went above and beyond. And they had to, because this mattress? Weighs a casual 75kg and comes double-wrapped in thick plastic. Picture two people trying to carry a giant, floppy jellyfish up the stairs with zero handles. Not ideal. But massive credit to the delivery crew — they got it in, removed all the packaging, and even took our old mattress away. Heroes. The mattress itself did have a strong chemical smell at first, which hung around for about two weeks, but that’s totally gone now. And in terms of comfort — wow. My 6'6", solidly-built husband with a bad back finally sleeps soundly, and I no longer find myself rolling into the Grand Canyon his side used to become on our old mattress. It’s supportive, cooling, spacious, and perfect for couples who are complete opposites when it comes to body temperature. If you’re after a mattress that keeps you cool, comfy, and sleeping like a log — even with a giant beside you — this one’s worth every penny. Final verdict: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great product. Terrible packaging. Absolute sleep upgrade.

Cooling comfortable mattress
