Strong anti warp and solid
Having purchased a number of similar trays over the years I finally decided it was worth paying more for a sturdier product. The cheap ones always warp, the coatings are never really non stick, or not for long! These seem a whole lot sturdier and robust. We have used them now in about 10 oven cooking cycles for the normal type of things, chips, breaded fish and chicken, roasting vegetables and the like and so far very good. Have avoided putting them in the dishwasher and just a wash in the sink with some washing up liquid and a non abrasive brush and voila! No staining no greasy deposits so far. I know they are not cheap but in this case I think the longevity will outweigh the outlay

Best oven pans
These pans are the best pans I’ve ever purchased, liked them so much I bought another two sets and replaced my old ones. These pans disrepute the heat really well meaning food cooks quickly and evenly. They are easy to clean, even stubborn stuck on sauce has easier removed when washing, Only warning I would give is that they are quite heavy.

Looking on the description it does say for cookies or roasters they do not appear deep enough to cook a roast.

one is a flat tray,and the other 2 are shallow trays...not deep enough for roasting joints etc.
