had to replace our bin as our small/medium 13 yr old dog decided for once in his life to empty our old one in the kitchen. This one is taller, shinier, opens easy if you have feet and not paws and the inner pull out bin is a bonus. The lid closes quietly and slowly and being shiny metal it will be easier to keep clean. We are really pleased.

Kitchen pedal bin
This bin is substantial enough for a family, but i would mark it down because of the difficulty in lifting the inner bin out when emptying. You can't get your fingers into the lifting holes because of the space between the inner & outer casing. It would be much better with lip-type handles for ease of use.

Definitely slimline
Bought for a 28cm space and this fits perfectly at 25cm so it’s not touching the wall or the American style fridge it sits beside. It’s stylish, silent and easy to keep stainless steel clean . A bit pricey when compared to bigger bins but worth the money for the convenience.

Slimline and smart
I actually bought the black pedal bin! It’s not easy to find a slimline bin. It suits our small kitchen, easy to manoeuvre with a small grip at the back of the soft close lid. After all it’s just a pedal bin but unobtrusive- but not in the way!

Hard to clean
It looks good but is a bit bendy. Nice shape and fits in neatly. But there are lots of small holes on the inside of the lid making it hard to keep hygienically clean. The internal bin is hard to lift in and out.

This bin looked very nice in the picture, however when I opened it, the hinge had already broken. I returned it.

Great service and perfectly silent bin
We bought this and the original was dented. Called customer services they arranged collection and replacement at the same time. Delighted with the bin looks fantastic. The bonus is the soft close lid. I still waiting to hear the lid close and nothing! ♥️

Slimline bin
Bought this to replace a broken bin but not as godd as previous one from B&Q. Inner bin is very tricky to get out to empty it - its too tight a fit
