Thanks for your query about the Slumberdown Winter Warm 13.5 Tog Duvet - Double.
If it's used correctly and for its intended purpose, it should retain it's shape. It's machine washable (40 degrees) so it should be capable of holding its form. Of course, fluffing it up every so often wouldn't do it any harm.
