Very thick, warm and cosy. Same tog as my Fogarty one which I have always stayed loyal to, but this is much heavier and warmer.

If it's used correctly and for its intended purpose, it should retain it's shape. It's machine washable (40 degrees) so it should be capable of holding its form. Of course, fluffing it up every so often wouldn't do it any harm.
