As previous reviews have stated, it is firm it is fine. I bought a softer Panda topper with it at the same time. Together they are just right. Also, the mattress isn’t very heavy and has handles. It didn’t smell very much when we opened it and I can’t smell it at all now a couple of weeks on.

Fantastic mattress
I bought this couple of weeks ago for my 10 year old and he is having the best night sleep. It's super comfy even for me. There was no smell, as some mattresses sometimes do and that's an issue for us, but this one was perfect for the moment we bought it.

I purchased this matress and on collection was dissapointed when it was pulled from the warehouse in a plastic bag not rolled, I thought it was coming in a box rolled up its a good job I can lift more than 30kg on my own and luckily it fit in the car
