I have a strict budget, so buying a new mattress wasn't in the cards, so I decided a mattress topper would be the next best thing to reinvigorate the one I have. However, I couldn't have predicted how much of an improvement it is. So comfortable, so easy to set up, and I am genuinely considering buying another to double-up on the goodness.

This product is machine washable at 40 degrees and can be cool tumble dried. The setting would depend on each machine used, so we cannot comment on this.

It is not memory foam, just padding, it is about 1cm - 1.5cm thick

I have checked with the supplier who has advised, We cant advise on products for medical conditions, however this topper is soft and bouncy.

My mattress is also hard, this does give some softness to the surface, but is not very thick or bouncy, but I have had mine for some time now

The soft like down is filled with a differently carded hollowfibre that is designed to mimic a down filling whereas the deep sleep topper is filled with standard hollowfibre.
