Inside the pillow pack there are 2 pillows. They are good if a person has orthopaedic arthritis but the pillow is good at supporting a aching neck.

I was having trouble with neck pain. Now know it’s arthritis. Someone suggested this pillow. I was not too impressed when I opened wrapper, but wow, it’s very comfortable to sleep on, and my neck pain has decreased a lot.
