These pillows are a medium soft pillow which are filled with springy fibres which help to give pillows that extra bit of recovery and bounce. I would be unable to advise on your query as it would depend on the individual if they provide enough support.

Pillows can never be returned anywhere if packaging opened for hygiene reasons.

Very UNIMPRESSED as seems that a staff member gave a generic answer that applies to most other items without bothering to read the question!

As pillows listed in excluded items in returns info on website.
I would be mad if bought based on answer then unable to return!

I have spoken to our supplier who have advised as follows.
I can confirm Some Bounceback have a polycotton cover, depending on version and the fibres are created differently - BB is a bouncing spring fibre and Ultrabounce is more coiled.
