Cleverly designed to help reduce snoring. Whilst we don't claim to cure your snoring completely, the Silentnight Anti-snore Pillow can help to reduce snoring, or your levels of snoring. Tested by the British Snoring & Sleep Apnoea Association who found the pillow reduced snoring frequency and volume by approximately 50%. Within the centre of the pillow is an ergonomically shaped foam core which is designed to support your head and neck, keeping it at just the right position to improve your breathing. This in turn can help to reduce snoring.

Ideal item. Bought this to give wife a peaceful night sleep from me. Its looking at options, and seems to be doing OK at mo.

Good idea but misses the spot
I bought this to help with my noisey throat. It has gone some way to haloing but it’s not very comfortable as the foam inside is quite hard

Snore reduction
I don’t think it has stopped the snoring. So I’m told but I don’t wake myself up snoring and it’s a lot more comfortable for my neck.

Anti snore pillows totally useless
Useless, binned both pillows 2 days later that I bought. As they don’t do anything to stop your snoring. They even have a disclaimer in the packet saying they might not work but are still good pillows.

Comfortable
I bought this a few months ago and I’m told I still snore

Soft and comfy but not anti snore
Bought for my husband hoping it would reduce the snoring!!! It doesn't do that but he says it's a nice comfy pillow albeit expensive for just a pillow though

Didn’t stop snoring and uncomfortable
Unfortunately didn’t work to stop or reduce snoring, nor suitable for general use as a pillow as it’s uncomfortable. Perhaps a dog/ pet can use it.

It works, but at what cost
simple as this it worked for me in the sense that my snoring has reduced to the point the wife stops nagging. But personally don’t like the pillow for comfort.

Hi Ed,
Silentnight Anti-Snore Medium Soft Pillow
This would be personal choice as to what you find comfortable Ed but it is sufficient enough to be used on its own.
Thanks for using Q&A.
Hi Chloe,
Silentnight Anti-Snore Medium/ Soft Pillow
Having checked I can see these pillows would be too small for king size pillow cases. They are L48, W74cm.
Thanks for using Q&A.

Hi Georgie
Silentnight Anti-Snore Medium/ Soft Pillow
This can be used on either side.
Thanks for using Q&A.
Hello George,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Silentnight Anti-Snore Medium/ Soft Pillow: ''The Anti-snore pillow does have a certain way to be used therefore please check you are using the pillow correctly.
The pillow contains an S shaped foam which can be felt down the side (or with the label on the right side with the label towards the bottom of the pillow) this should sit the neck into the S shape and angles your jaws slightly upwards to keep the airways open. This is a change to the way you sleep and can be uncomfortable until you get used to this position.''
Hope this helps.
Thank you for using Q & A.

Hi Sarah
The Silentnight Anti-Snore Medium/ Soft Pillow has been tested and found to reduce snoring levels by normally up to 50% but it will not stop it entirely.
Thanks for using Q&A.
My opinion is no. It worked for a few days for my husband then he was back snoring away. He still has it and it makes no difference how he sleeps he snores every night.
This item has been researched by a sleep studies provider and they advise it may reduce the sound of snoring but not cure it. Your girlfriend may have allergies affecting her nose and it would be worth it to speak with her GP. There are many reasons for snoring - please take advice this from a healthcare provider.
None unless you cut it in two and jam it into your ears
Good morning,
The pillow will not work for everyone. When tested by an independent sleep clinic it was found that 60% of the people who tested has an improvement in snoring level and sound, some stopped snoring completely as well. It may not be suitable for every customer and cannot guarantee that this product will stop snoring completely but should lower the noise level at the very least.
I hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Customer Service Team
