The pillow has a soft touch cover and a unique firm core block that holds your head at just the right position encouraging your spine to straighten, which helps to reduce everyday aches and pains. The pillow offers firm support which is ideal if you sleep on your side or back. Made in UK. Packaging contains a minimum of 30% recycled content.
What's more, the product is Easy Care which means its machine washable and can be tumble dried.

Slumber down pillows. Definitely not for me
I brought these pillows as i did see some good reviews on them. As someone who is a side sleep and has been suffering with shoulder and neck pain i brought these pillows as my old ones were no good and I was hoping these would help. I was EXTREMELY WRONG. Unfortunately i was very disappointed. The pillows were far to soft and did not give any support. I woke up in the night and had to plump them up again. I would avoid these if like me you are side sleep with neck/ shoulder pain.

Decent enough pillow
After about 6 weeks of use the pillow has mainly kept its shape. A little dented in the centre but for the money it was worth it. My neck pain is much improved as the firmness has relieved pressure

Our supplier says "These are full pillows so will offer some support but I would not be able to comment if they would be full enough to offer the support the individual requires."
We would suggest speaking with your GP or physio about the best method of supporting your leg

I have spoken to our supplier who have confirmed as follows.
Pillow depth is approx 15cm – however this does depend on where the measurement is taken from and how fluffed up the pillow is upon measurement.

I have had these for some months now but they measure 15cm today and are still very comfortable

If they're in the original unopened packaging and you have the receipt I don't see a problem. I'd ring customer service just to make sure though.
