Purchased two of these. 4ft one for main kitchen window and 3ft for garden door. Wanted a change from roller blinds. Very easy to fit only need 2 screws. I trimmed the 3ft one couple of inches either side to fit which was easy to do. No photos as am decorating.

Hi yes you can cut to size. I bought 4 and cut all 4 to fit my windows. I used junior hacksaw to cut wood at top and bottom and scissors to cut bamboo.You will need to cut equal amounts off both sides.
For example blinds I ordered were 120 cm I needed 100cm so cut 10cms off each end.

The length can be cut using a hacksaw easily - we don't recommend cutting the width as you will end up with an edging with a different colour and finish.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Habitat Bamboo Roller Blind - Black - 3ft 951/7329: Yes, the blind can be mounted from the ceiling. The blind doesn't pleat (like a roman blind), it actually rolls up.

The supplier has advised the following on the Bamboo Roller Blind:
“ The bamboo blind can't be cut to size both width and length. ”
In an attempt to do so this will void the warranty.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised: The bamboo blind is not moisture proof and not recommended to be used in the bathroom as it will be mouldy.
