Exactly what I was looking for
A few years ago imade a crochet kit which was yarn and pattern for a stool cover and the stool. Unfortunately the stool broke recently. I was delighted to find this one was a perfect replacement. My crochet fits perfectly and I get to enjoy it again

Fabric Sample not the same!
Ordered a fabric sample to check the colour; it was a lovely deep gold/ochre and soft to the touch that was perfect for what i needed. The stool however, was dull yellow and not smooth like the sample I’d received and was obviously a different fabric and colour. #Disappointed

Yes, the leg is varnished. You would need to check the instructions for the stain you intend to use - but please be aware by staining this item and altering it you will invalidate the 12 month manufacturers guarantee
