Fast coffee
Coffee no to hot good for fast coffee a and go out. Milk need to be out from the fridge 15 min before drink coffee if you wonna extra hot.

easy to use menu for various coffees
Easy to use and fairly quiet compared to my previous De Longhi machine. makes a good cup of coffee and also has milk options too. Only downer is drip tray seems to fill up fairly quickly but then again same thing happened on the de longhi.

Great automatic coffee machine, easy to use
I purchased this coffee machine while I had a 1 year gap from using one. Before this coffee machine I owned another brand which lasted for over 5 years . I can confirm that the taste of coffee is better and has more options available too.

Good machine
You'll be happy with that machine, as long as you're aware what kind of drinks it can make. I highly recommend to get a cleaning kit (comes with a water filter and some cleaning utensils). Drinks a warm enough to drink straight away (it does not preheat the cup or milk so milk drinks are significantly cooler than a standard black coffee), but not cold as some people mentioned in their online reviews.

This Machine Makes Much Better Coffee Than I Can!
When buying this machine I was concerned by some reviews that drinks made using milk straight from the fridge, were lukewarm. I have found them to be amply hot. To get to know how to use the machine, it was important to read the instructions, but these were easy to understand with no 'translation to English' issues . The machine has a good variety of options and these are readily available via an intuitive menu.

I purchased this coffee bean to cup machine a few weeks ago after plenty of research. The size and functionality were also a huge part of my consideration too. Having spent time setting it up and getting used to setting the strengths and quantity through the menu system I now have through favourites the perfect coffee each and every time. It’s so effortless and honestly I’m delighted that we settled on this machine with its self clean programme. The water tank at the side has a handle to carry it to the tap and just fill up however, I use a jug and take it to the machine which is far easier. A clear water measure on the side lets you know when it requires topping up. The drip tray again is a simple operation of taking over to the sink and pouring out excess water after a clean. All in all a great coffee machine offering a variety of coffees from latte, cappuccino, espresso, macchiato, hot water and steamed frothy milk. No hesitation in recommending to others

No, doesn't. There might be an option of using chocolate powder instead of ground coffee it might work.
