Nice bread bin good value the lid can be stiff to Shut but a nice overall bread bin
My wife was pestering me to purchase a bread bin, and I choose this 1 as it looks stylish and the right size for what we needed.
Its not the largest bread or either the smallest. But its suits us 2 for what we needed for.
Maybe fine for a regular loaf, but I should have checked the dimensions against the pan for our breadmaker - unclear how fresh it's keeping it as we have to cut it to fit it in!
Everything about this bread bin (so far) is fine. Only one slight niggle - the lid is a little difficult to open and close, as it is a wooden lid running on wooden runners (obviously!). Apart from this, it looks good in our kitchen. One word of warning though - it only holds one full-size loaf and very little else, so please ensure that you are OK with this before purchasing.
Folks say this is too small but for me it's perfect. I buy 3 x 400grm loaves per week plus crumpets and maybe some croissants. With a bit of jiggling they all fit in.
My bread stays fresh for 6 days. Happy? Yes I am.
