Hi Ive just bought this today having previously wondered the same so thought I would rate the risk. The branches are all attached. The lower ones are hinged. The top ones bend down. The tree itself comes in 2 parts. The feet are hard to attach so will be hard to remove but feasible with a bit of force. Hope this helps all who are interested. It is quite a nice cute tree and will look better when decorated.

No it's not a pop-up tree. This tree comes in 2 main sections, plus the stand (which is in four pieces).
