Thanks to its rust resistant properties, the non-slip technology provides weatherproof protection, making it ideal for indoor and outdoor drying. The airer offers 26m of hanging space, comprising of 20m rung drying space & 4 unique, flip out corners that hold 12 extra-long hanging items. When I put this up I was pleased with the size. I know I knew the size before I purchased it but it is a whole different experience when it is put up. Be aware that you need a lot of space for this item, particularly the width. Very satisfied. Exactly what I was hoping for.

I have checked the measurments for the Minky Sure Grip 21m 3 Tier Extra Wide Indoor Airer, are when open: H79, W83, D5cm.
The measurments for the Minky Sure Grip 21m 3 Tier Indoor Airer is when open: H141, W69, D51cm.
This is the reason for the price difference.
