Usually love this product and its my go to for framing my work. This time, it arrived battered and smashed glass. Sadly not the first time it's been chipped, but the smashed glass is awful, leaving it unusable.

Size really does matter ...get yer ruler out!
Bought for a picture but wrong size. You see metrication mucks up sizing. This is 20 x 28 but that translates to 50.8cm by 71.12. Yet when you open this it states 50 x 70 cms. Now size matters. But a lot of companies manufacturing these dont take those small differences into account. So where as we use to have standard Imperial measurements for items like this we get half-backed conversions. Shame as the product looked decent and the opening mechanism for the frame was one of the better ones I have come across.

Both figures are correct, one is the size of the entire product, including the frame, and the other is the size of the glass.

Dont be misled, this will not fit a puzzle or anything sized 20 x 28 inch. In cm this would be 51 x 71.12 cm and I bought this frame based on the answer given by the seller and the description that it would fit 20 x 28 inches but it wont.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised: There are the hangers on the backing board... If you want to use the hanging wire, maybe you can use the holes of the swivel clips...but I cannot confirm the final result.
