Absolutely Perfect
I have bought several Silentnight mattresses over the years and have never been disappointed. This purchase came with the added bonus of being 30% off. From the ordering to the delivery everything was perfect. It arrived when it should have and the lads were very helpful and friendly, what’s not to love. I nearly forgot….. it’s really comfy.

Too firm
I've had this for two weeks. It is unbelievably firm and not appropriate for side sleepers despite the additional 'pillow top' and a newly purchased topper to try and balance the hardness. It is still impossible to get a good night sleep on this 'slab'. Product will be returned as must be a fault with it.
