The supplier has advised the following for the Sealy Crosswall Ortho Deluxe Double Mattress:
"Posturetech Core Support spring is a unique and patented Sealy technology offering the sleeper a sense and respond spring that reacts to the sleepers size and shape to promote correct spinal alignment whilst they sleep. It is Sealy technology but isn’t the same as current Sealy Posturepedic mattresses as that spring technology has evolved even further from the original posturetech technology."

The supplier has advised the following for the Sealy Crosswall Ortho Deluxe Double Mattress:
There is no fixed underside to this mattress but the spring unit is covered and the bottom of the mattress is a hard wearing, damask fabric. This is not a problem that has been raised against Sealy mattresses in the past but one question I would ask is “what base is the mattress sitting on”.
If it’s a wooden slatted base, with flat rather than rounded slats or a divan base, all will be fine.

Having checked I can see this is suitable for a slatted base. With slatted bed frames the slat widths should be 10cm and the gap between them no more than 7.5 cm.

I can confirm that this mattress is suitable for use on a wooden slatted bedframe but it’s important that the gap between the slats are no more than 7.5cm apart. If the gap between the slats is wider than that, it won’t give the correct support for the mattress and will likely cause problems in the future.
