The supplier has advised the following for the Silentnight Waterproof Mattress Protector - Single:
"All Silentnight products are safe to use with a Silentnight electric blanket however other brands would need to be checked with the manufacturer directly.
In regards to waterproof or plastic backed protectors, again the Silentnight is safe to use however, if there is a likelihood of an accident we do recommend the electric blanket is switched off and unplugged while in bed."

"The Silentnight Waterproof Mattress Protector in Single is 90cm Wide x190cm Long and 30cm deep. Therefore is likely not suitable for the mattress measurements given, as it would be too short in length."

I can advise that the Silentnight Waterproof Mattress Protector - Single is not a bed bug protector. Those are more specialized. This is to protect against moisture getting in to your mattress.

It’s not recommended to place an electric blanket underneath the Silentnight Waterproof Mattress Protector - Single, it’s better to place the electric blanket on top of the mattress protector.

I can advise that for the single the measurements are L 190cm x W 90cm
The size of the double is L 200cm W 135cm
The depth for both sizes is fitting a mattress up to 30cm deep
