Easy to use and makes great coffee
I brought this about a month ago after much deliberation and research. This machine is great and so simple to use. It's taken me practice to get a nice frothy milk like in the coffee shops but this machine delivers. I just need to practice getting a decorative top now.

It’s a nice machine, the frother is not powerful so if you drink latte or cappuccino look at getting a more powerful milk frother.

This can now be used with Matcha powder, It Can be used with ground coffee or ESE pods. You may find there to be ESE Pods in a matcha flavour.

Having looked into this, the difference is the colour. The GY stands for Grey and M is Metal.

The gap between the drip tray and the water spouts is 7cm, without the drip tray the gap is 12cm. Please note larger glasses/cups can be used but these would need to be tilted to get under the spouts

I have a Delonghi Dedica 685.M and when the steam light keeps flashing on that model, from memory I think it means either 1. you have just used the steam wand and need to wait until the heating element has cooled before pulling a shot of coffee, else you risk a poor extraction because steam is too hot OR 2. it is time to descale your machine. It should say which in your manual.
