It's provided with the wardrobe, as it's flat packed you have the option to use it or not, but the holes are pre drilled and thus you would need to match the same length.

The supplier has advised the following for the Atlas 1 Door Wardrobe - Oak:

“ It depends on how the interior is being set up:-

As single hanging, shelf in the upper position and the rail directly beneath the hanging height is 1710mm. Only 1 rail is needed.

As double hanging with the shelf in the middle the hanging heights are980 mm. Both rails are needed. ”
