Great all rounder. Baked two banana cakes with no issue.
Use a bottle brush to clean the hard to reach areas
I bought 3 of these pans to make my daughter's birthday cake. Very bad decision. The pans seemed solid and of quality material but Naaahhhhhhh, fat from it.
It broke my heart to watch her cake leak from the pan into the oven. Then the mess it made. Terrible choice.
