The Habitat Onda Linen Double Headboard brings that calming spot where your bedroom feels just that bit more settled and complete. It's softly padded with gentle rolling curves that give you a comfortable backrest for bedtime reading or lazy weekend mornings. The natural linen upholstery feels lovely and creates a neutral backdrop that works with most bedroom colours. Piping detail runs along the curves and adds a finished touch that lifts the whole design. It fits a standard double bed frame, so you've got the right proportions without overwhelming a smaller bedroom.
The headboard's got a padded design that supports your back when you're sitting up in bed. Standard fixings are included and attach to most double bed frames securely. It's substantial at 14kg, so once it's mounted you've got solid stability. Two people are recommended for assembly, that makes positioning and fixing much easier. The fixings and everything you need come in the box with clear instructions. You're covered with a one-year guarantee from the manufacturer.

Fitting
The headboard could not be slotted on to the base as seen on the video. The headboard did not match base fittings. A joiner had to use wooden parts from previous headboard to put it on. I would not recommend this product.

Lovely headboard. Really elevates the bedroom. At a brilliant price point. Only negative had to wait a month for delivery…? But would definitely recommend. Easy to fit to the standard double divan frame.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Habitat Onda Linen Double Headboard - Natural: This can't be used free-standing. It should be fixed to the bedframe with fitting holes.
The black area can't be seen after putting the mattress on the bed frame.

The king size headboard measures W152 x H121cm. This size is designed to fit a standard UK king-size bed, which typically measures 135 cm wide. The extra width of the headboard allows for a slight overhang on each side.
The slots for attaching the headboard to your bed has 1067mm distance between them, the slots are 10mm wide.
