With a sumptuous body moulding memory foam layer this mattress offers soothing comfort with extra pressure relief. The springs in this mattress offer head to toe, edge to edge support for more sleep space, with a medium firm comfort suitable for a majority of sleeper types; a happy medium with just a little extra firmness.
Finished with a modern soft knitted luxury mattress cover for a soft sleeping surface, and treated which helps to eliminate mould and dust mites to prevent allergies without chemicals. This mattress is designed to perfectly complement the Silentnight Premium Divan Sets: Alaro, Roma Sassaria and Toulouse. Mattress recycling service available using catalogue number: 391/6160. Mattress more firm than medium
Had this delivered 2 weeks ago and so far so good. We've always had Silentnight mattresses and got this one in the sale. It is definitely on the more firmer side than medium. Also weighs more than the last one so was a struggle to get upstairs even with 3 adults but obviously once in place won't be moving to too much anyway. If buying bedding check depth as definitely deeper than last one but I purchased new bedding too so had already checked. All in all in you want a good medium edging more towards firm mattress, I would definitely recommend.

Good quality but to firm for me
It was a very heavy and good quality mattress, it was well made, however was far to firm for me, had to return it as it has hurting my hip, but the return was easy and refunded straight away.

Good Firm mattress but heavy
We sent a Emma mattress back as it was saggy on the sides. We decided on this Silent Night Dewsbury 2800 for better support and boy could we feel the difference. We do like a firm mattress, and this certainly is firm. The only down side is the weight, it's 59kg and we have a King sized ottoman bed, so it is heavier to lift, and like all mattresses need regular rotating! The Quality is definitely superior to the Emma.

Excellent mattress
Bought this for my wife who suffers from arthritis after reading other comments,since we have had it my wife’s sleep is 100% better the mattress itself is a lot higher than our previous one and was quite heavy(easy with 2 people) it’s everything our previous mattress wasn’t firm,plus no movement when anyone turns over or moves it was so good the in-laws have bought the same mattress for there lodge in Anglesey

No turn usually means it doesnt need to be flipped over 180 degrees. You sleep on the same side. Turning usually means switch the head end with the foot end

The Silentnight 2800 Pocket Memory Kingsize Mattress, has springs underneath and then a layer of memory foam on the top of the springs. The mattress does not have a seperate topper on the top.
