The Habitat Ruxley Kingsize Bed Frame sorts your bedroom storage while keeping things comfortable at night. The upholstered frame's wrapped in soft velvet fabric that feels nice against your skin. Sprung wooden slats support your mattress and help with airflow underneath, so you get a better night's sleep. There's a drawer at the foot of the bed that pulls out easily, that's really handy for spare bedding, out-of-season clothes, or anything you want tucked away but within reach.
The stitched detailing adds a bit of character to the frame without being fussy. The fabric keeps its look and wipes clean when needed. Plastic feet lift the bed just 2cm off the floor, keeping it stable and protecting your flooring from scratches. It holds up to 220kg in total, so there's plenty of support. Self-assembly's required, two people makes it easier to manage, and all the fixings and things are provided.

Beautiful Bed, Let Down by Missing Fittings
I was really looking forward to receiving this bed because it looked beautiful but unfortunately, when I started assembling it, I discovered that the essential fittings and tools were missing, making it impossible to put the bed together. I contacted Argos customer service expecting a quick resolution, but I was extremely disappointed to be told that the replacement parts cannot be delivered until 22nd July. This means I have to wait much longer before I can even use a bed that I’ve already paid for. Mistakes can happen, but what is most disappointing is the length of time it takes to fix the problem. When customers spend their money and put their trust in a company, they expect products to arrive complete and ready to assemble, or for any issues to be resolved promptly. I hope Argos improves its quality checks before dispatching products and provides faster support when mistakes occur. Sadly, this experience has been frustrating and has reduced my confidence in ordering large items from Argos in the future.
