Fantastic sharp and balanced knives. Very sturdy and do not get slippery when wet
Rusty stains on a knife not nice when opened as a gift, looked like something had been trapped between the blade and the packaging, will try cleaning with some cooking oil before deciding whether to return the item, the wooded base seems sturdy and nice coloured wood, still to use them as they are a new home gift and the recipient hasn’t moved in yet.
These knives are razor sharp and solid, we are extremely pleased with them. The wooden block looks very stylish on the kitchen side too. Would recommend.
I really liked the feel of these knives, solid, robust yet luxurious. A good knife installs confidence when preparing food and the wooden storage adds a decadence to the kitchen
