Amazing, but not like a normal berbcue
This so good and such good value, please not though, don't light 30 mins beforew people arrive and start cooking, this needs 1hr30-2hr, then set the temp, I could a whole checkin on it in 1hr and it was amazing. Takes a bit of getting used to though

Good quality and extremely versatile cooking
Had for a few weeks and have used nearly every day in the recent good weather. Build quality is good and was easy to build the frame. There is no heat deflector/pizza stone to allow indirect cooking (and 16inch does not seam to be a standard size for other makes accessories) but have used a small roasting tin with a rack to get indirect cooking and recently bought a small pizza stone. Temperature control is good but being quite small it can drop quite a lot with large cooking loads. So far hot smoked salmon, ‘pulled’ lamb curry, roast sirloin, empanadas and traditional items kebabs etc have all worked very well. Down sides for me is there is no ash draw/collector so a bit of a faff cleaning out….. but that is a minor point and no cover (bought one on line). Vastly better than traditional BBQs and very versatile.
