Good quality mattress.
I bought this mattress as I have been suffering with back problems and so far after just a couple of weeks I feel a lot better. This mattress is quite firm, my husband thinks it's too firm but hopefully it will give a bit. It was heavy we had to get up 3 flights of atairs.

Super comfy
Took a chance on this because of the exchange option, glad I did. So comfy, medium firm. A minor point is the lack of handles on the sides. Its quite heavy and tricky to manoeuvre on your own, thankfully its not something you have to do too often.

Comfort at last.
This is my third mattress in as many years as I just couldn't find one to suit. My last one was a Silentnight Ortho but was too firm. I am a side sleeper and after reading the reviews for this mattress, I decided to go for it. I am very happy. Still wish they would add handles as heavy to turn, but not too bad. I think I have come to the end of my search.

Having checked with the supplier they advise: If you have purchased a double sided mattress it is important that you turn it over and rotate it from ‘top-to-toe’ once a week for the first two or three months and then monthly thereafter. If you have purchased a single sided mattress this will just need rotating from ‘top-to-toe’ once a week for the first two or three months and then monthly thereafter. You should alternate between turning the mattress over and rotating it from top-to-tail to ensure even settlement.

This is not a pillowtop mattress. To see what a pillowtop mattress looks like search silentnight Stanfield pillowtop mattress or Sealy Activ 1400 latex / Sealy Activ 2200 gel
The two products mentioned have the same spring count but have different internal specifications and comfort layers and are manufactured using different fabrics
