Upholstered in light grey fabric, it's got a deep seat with a padded back and armrests. And roomy side pockets come in handy to tuck mags or papers out of sight. A scatter cushion adds the finishing touch.

Sturdy and well made
I bought this chair/bed about a month ago and have been using it daily. I agree with other reviews that it is very firm so as a bed you really have to be okay with that as side sleepers may suffer with sore hips etc. It's very spacious and incredibly easy to convert from chair to bed and back again. One bug bare for me is that the material separates from the inner cushion where you sit so it always looks baggy which spoils the look for me as it's meant to be a flat cushion. I only weigh 9st so it's not a user weight issue, however it is well made and sturdy and for the price I can live with it. Over all I am very happy with the chair and would recommend it as long as you know that it's very firm and the seat covering lifts and goes baggy.

Absolutely perfect for what we need
Great, perfect for the bedroom it is going in. Seems comfortable though I haven't actually slept on it. Very well packed on arrival which kept it lovely and clean. For the price I think this chairbed is great value for money.

MEASUREMENT CONSIDERATION ESSENTIAL
Sturdy chair/bed will need a good quality mattress topper to be comfortable. Would urge any potential buyers to consider the item's measurements. Could be a major problem getting into the house and to the room of choice. We were saved by the fantastic delivery men, if not for them it would be stuck outside or just inside the door!

Great chair but bulky packaging
The chair is really comfortable although I haven’t used it as a bed yet. It is a brilliant addition to my home office and removing the single bed has created a much nicer space. As others have said though it did not fit through my door. The drivers left it outside and luckily it was a rare day it wasn’t raining. I had to wait for my son to get home from work and the only way to get it in was to remove the packaging and recline the backrest. It would be better to package it this way because anyone living in their own would not be able to manage this.

Easy to convert to bed.
Bought this as a replacement for a bed in spare room for when grandkids stay, takes up a lot less room as a chair and according to the 'little people' very comfy to sleep on when pulled out as a bed. Looks good too.
