The Habitat Skandi Sideboard gives you storage that actually keeps your living room tidy. It's a two-door, three-drawer design that hides away clutter and keeps everyday items close but out of sight. The sturdy frame stands up to daily use, while the white two-tone finish adds a clean, modern look. There's plenty of space inside for books, games, remotes and all the bits that tend to pile up. The top surface is ideal for displaying photos, plants or a lamp. One adjustable shelf inside lets you organise storage to suit what you're keeping.
The three drawers run on metal runners, so they glide smoothly even when they're full. The splayed legs lift the base off the floor, so you can hoover underneath without fuss. It's over 60cm tall, so wall-mounting is required to prevent tipping, that's really important for stability. Self-assembly with two people recommended. Comes with a one-year guarantee. Maximum load weight is 20kg across the top surface.

Disappointing
The photo on the website is not really a reflection of how the cabinet looks in real life. Sleek in the photo, rickety in real life. Easy to assemble in two hours, but I am really dissatisfied with the result. Waste of money for me. If you want this cabinet, go and see it in real life first.

The instructions wasn't fitting and correct,
Whole rails for drawer has 1 centimetres wrong for this reason all didn't fit and its not working nicely.

This sideboard looks very nice in our living room, however the lock mechanism on underneath the drawers is terrible, making this piece of furniture half useless.

Disappointing!
Looks great on the pictures and quite well made but loads of parts and not great instructions. Soft closers on the draws don’t work and draw’s keep coming open. Expected better for the price paid!

The gap between the floor and the underside of the unit, the functioning "length" of the legs is 150mm. As they're set at an angle, they're actually a little longer of course if measured along the angled length of the leg itself.

Yes, it can be assembled without legs, but you may have a problem with opening the door and the bottom drawer as these will be directly touching the floor. They are likely to drag on the floor surface when you try to open and close them.
Also, we'd have to advise that we sell items on the basis that they'll be built up and used in the designed/intended manner, i.e. in this case, with the legs on. You could, subject to the above point, use it without the legs but any damage or issues that are related to or caused by the lack of these legs wouldn't be covered by the item's guarantee.

The supplier has advised the following for the internal dimensions of the drawers on the Skandi 2 Door 3 Drawer Sideboard - Grey Two Tone:
Internal depth, front to back, is 33 cm.
Internal height is 10 cm (height of drawer sides) but the functional internal space is actually around 15 cm high.
