Hard, probably due to damage
I ordered a king size and a superking size together. The king was perfect. Soft, comfortable and absolutely as expected. The identical superking was hard and uncomfortable. I assume it was a dud or the springs were damaged in transit. The Argos returns policy for beds isn't helpful. It's not possible to properly test a bed without removing the plastic. After you have done so you can only exchange, not return. Virtually everyone else offers 100 days return nowadays. Catch up, Argos!

Wonderful Mattress
It was a difficult decision to buy this mattress untested & with only one review to read. I almost cancelled the delivery a couple times due to the worry of not liking it and then having the hassle of returning it. However, I am so glad i didn't cancel it as it is just great. Not too hard not too soft just wonderfully comfortable. I get a great nights sleep on it. I tend to sleep on my side and it gives just the right amount of support. It is the best mattress I have ever owned! Thank you Argos!
