Great mattress
I received this mattress just over 2 weeks ago, replacing a 5 week old Simba, which had gone faulty. I've grown up with silentnight and to me they have been a brand I know & trust. This mattress is great. It supports my body well and it's very comfortable. Yes I would recommend this mattress.

Had about 7 months and this is probably the most expensive mattress I have ever bought. It is also the most uncomfortable lumpy and badly made mattress I've ever had. The supplier has advised the following for the Silentnight Whitfield 4000 Pocket Memory Kingsize Mattress:
"Please see recommendations below:
Only use your mattress with a suitable base, one which will provide suitable support like our upholstered divans. *If you have a slatted bed frame please make sure the slats are at least 10cm wide and the gap between them is no more than 7.5cm to make sure you and your mattress are supported properly.
Mesh or metal rod bases are not suitable for any of our Silentnight mattresses."
