Body moulding memory foam responds to your body's temperature for individual comfort and pressure relief where you need it most. The springs in this mattress offer head to toe, edge to edge support for more personal sleep space. This mattress provides a medium comfort.

great mattress
bought this mattress to replace out old memory foam one, cant fault it, used to wake up with aches and pains in the neck back and shoulders, and the wife also used to wake up in pain and discomfort, but not anymore, its a medium to firm feel more medium to me than firm but still very comfortable. and as its not a rolled mattress there no wait time or smell to use it, it is heavy i have the king-size and at 44kg it was a bit of a chore for me and my son to get it up the stairs but thats the only downside i have found so far.

Arrived badly damaged
As soon as the driver opened the van it was clear to see a long slash down the mattress as if done with a Stanley knife or similar. Whomever loaded this would have without doubt seen it but sent it anyway. No replacement for a week. Shocking service.

It looks instantly well made. It weighs 44Kg - that weight equals quality. It supports yet is so comfortably soft. I don't work for Silentnight. Would I buy again? Yep!

Very comfortable, not too warm
Had the mattress for a few months and we are very pleased with it. It is comfortable and not too soft. Keeps you warm, but not too warm. It is deep so deeper sheets are required.

Most experts suggest mattresses between 20-30 cm (8-12 inches) thick for ottoman beds. Thicker mattresses can create unexpected headboard problems. When you lift the bed to access storage, an overly thick mattress might press against the headboard, stopping the lifting mechanism from working smoothly. If your ottoman is a side opener, this should not be a problem.

I just left mine for a couple of hours after taking it out of plastic wrapping. Really just to air it out. Definitely would recommend this mattress. Only 1 problem. I don't want to get out of it

Having checked with the supplier for you I can let you know they recommend that the gap between the slats on a base is no bigger than 5-7cms. This is to ensure that the base provides enough support for the mattresses.

I'm just about to return this for being too soft and it's more like 27cm, the 33cm fitted sheets I bought are far too loose
