Best pot I’ve ever had

Fabulous Dutch Oven
So far so good. I got this for a sourdough Dutch oven. It’s heavy and takes a while to heat fully which is essential for rising the dough. Perfect. Good value l’d say!

Lovely colour
I needed a bigger dutch oven and this was on offer wasnt sure about rhe colour but its really nice. Its huge, can easily cook for 5/6 people in this too Price was great too

Old traditions
I am leaning into old-school pots and pans. Non-stick doesn’t really work for me. I already have cast-iron frying pans, but I needed something to simmer my spaghetti bolognese or lasagne sauce with tomato juice. So, this beauty was recommended by my workmate. This pot is now my favourite! I cook for two people in it, with the intention of having leftovers for the next day – cook once, eat twice. I bought it with the plan of having a wider frying space and higher walls, to accommodate extra splish and splash, extra ingredients and liquids (that’s how witches cook 🧙♀️) and to make extra meals for guests. I haven’t tried baking bread in it yet – that’s my new goal. It’s also pretty heavy. I’m very pleased with handle on the lid – comfortable to grip and don’t heat up quickly. I had to return the first pot because the enamelled surface was bubbled, and I was worried it would start chipping sooner. So, with the second one, I was super happy.

A fantastic casserole pot
I bought this last week and have used it every day since. The heat distribution is great; it makes cooking easier, and the result is much better. It's also very easy to clean, without anything sticking to the bottom requiring scrubbing.

Used this twice now to make sourdough and it worked a treat. Feels well made and is easy to handle. It’s heavy, but not too heavy. Lid handle is made of steel so can go in the oven too. The colour is fantastic too. Looks just like the photos.
