Very nice mattress
I'm very satisfied with the mattress although it's a bit firmer than anticipated. I do sleep better on it than my old mattress and consider it a big improvement on what we had.

Glad I opted for this mattress!
After months of struggling to decide which mattress would be right for me I finally decided to bite the bullet and go for this, and I’m so glad I did. The description says medium firmness, but I’d say this is more firm. Still very comfortable though and feels like sleeping in a hotel bed. No aches or pains when I wake up in the morning which is always a bonus!

King size is a little small.
I’ve bought this to replace my old mattress, when I put it on the bed there was a 10cm gap, I returned it and got a replacement which was 3cm short. The mattress is really comfortable

This mattress is really comfortable, it took a couple of weeks for the memory foam to settle it was hard at first but perfect now. We had a similar one only 800 pocket last time and that one was comfortable as well. I would definitely recommend.

If you mean, does it sag down when you lay or sit near edge, then no it doesn’t.
We have King size. It’s just so comfortable but very supportive too. No morning aches and as I said, no sagging at edges.

HI just wanted to say, the advice on the difference in springs is contradicting. Here the reply states 1000 springs will be firmer than 800 springs. However the advice given on a previous question states, more springs will result in more comfort rather than firmness. Can I ask, is the advice given a selling strategy?

Generally speaking, the more springs the firmer the mattress which can, it is claimed, be more beneficial for relieving back pain for example.

Where a customer has selected for their mattress to be recycled the the delivery drivers will bring the bags with them when collecting.
Unfortunately, mattress recycling isn't available for Click & Collect items or rolled mattresses. This is a sprung mattress so is not supplied rolled.

We dont believe so. We believe our memory foam to be the optimum depth so as to provide all the benefits of pressure relief without the drawbacks of overheating. With 1000 pocket springs, these responsive springs also help reduce that "cocooning" sensation where you sink too deep into the mattress
