Really great sized pot and lid. Perfect for hob and oven cooking. Cooks food beautifully and tenderises meat. Great price too.
Worked well on my induction hob and then straight in the oven for slow cooking 👍🏻 exactly what I was looking for and cleaned up quickly and easily afterwards.
Have used this habitat 4.7L cast iron pot for baking sourdough bread. Good size and excellent value, I only wish the lid had a fixed handle rather than one with a screw fixing.
I like it but the issue i had is i wasnt able to use the handle for the lid, the screw was so tight, i throw handle away, had to buy new handle for lid. Would be ideal to already have handle fitted and have lid placed upside down in packaging
I bought the oval cast iron casserole and the scre wouldn’t come off the basket to be fixed on the cover. I’ve asked for a replacement and still awaiting
Unfortunately l had to return. As we could not unscrew the screw-in the lid to re screw. The screw was faulty . It’s a shame I was so looking forward to using it. It does look like a good cooking pot.
This product is a disaster. I have ordered two and both have been faulty as the lid is welded on. They are impossible to return as you have to arrange a collection which I have now had cancelled twice with no communication for one of the items. You then have to call back up and wait on hold for ages! Not worth it go elsewhere.
