Not great
I really don’t like this pillow. I tried adjusting the height about 4 times but it just wasn’t comftablle each time. I honesty don’t know why this pillow gets such good reviews. It’s now in the spare room!

Is ok - nothing brilliant
Pillow is quite firm, even if you remove some of the material and seems a little expensive for what you get. If you are expecting a fluffy 'sink in' feeling you will be disappointed.

Excellent and comfortable pillow
Great pillow, bought about 10 days ago and it's really improved my neck pain. I thought the fact I'd have to potentially remove filling (which I then did) would be annoying, but it was quite simple and easy. I just put the extra filling in a Zip-loc bag. It has a good weight to it and feels like it will be resilient, and it doesn't do that sinky thing other memory foam pillows do where you feel like you can't move your head. It breathes well, although it is a little warmer than my last pillow, but not a deal-breaker.

All Foam & Memory Foam products when first opened may have a chemical aroma due to the standard manufacturing processes of foam. This aroma will however disperse after opening up the product fully & leaving in a well-ventilated room for up to 72 hours.

It actually says, if you look at the pictures, that the cover is removable for washing at 40 degrees so I am not sure why someone has said it is not.

The cover is not removable and cannot be machine‑washed. The care instructions state Spot clean only.
It does feature an easy access zip, but this is just to allow you to added or remove the filling.
