Solid pine and designed to last, this detachable bunk bed with storage is a sturdy and versatile choice your kids will love. It separates into 2 single beds, and the full-width drawer with its durable castors makes brilliant use of that underbed space! In a simple and timeless style, this painted version has reversible head and footboards, so you can choose either a panelled effect or smooth. As singles, the ground clearance is identical on both beds so they'll be the same height side by side.
To split the bunk into 2 single beds, you will need to do a spot of reassembly, moving the longer legs to the headboards to make both beds the same height. Just follow the step-by-step instructions. Bed is okay but one of the wooden dowels got stuck into the leg hole while it was in the box, had to break it out. Then had one less dowel.

Lovely bunk bed
Bought for my teenage daughters. Easy enough to put together although please don't use the Allan key provided. Get a drill with the appropriate fitting or you'll be there forever and definitely get cramp as the screws are hard to screw in with the Allen key. Other than that, overall excellent bed. The drawer is great underneath and hides a lot of stuff

Sturdy, simple to build; but bring your own tools!
We purchased this bed last month for our two boys. It’s very sturdy, looks smart, and only took a couple of hours for me to assemble on my own. The storage drawer is also incredibly useful in a house where we always seem to need more storage space. The only problem with the product isn’t with the bed itself; it’s that the Allen key they provide is a joke. It’s absolutely minuscule, and seems to have been made out of a soft, flexible material. I had to borrow a proper Allen key from the neighbours before my hand was covered in blisters! Highly recommended, but make sure you get yourself a decent set of Allen keys before purchasing. Once I had a decent Allen key, assembly was a breeze and were really happy with the final product.

Great Product
Happy with it, Easy to set it up, the manual is very easy to understand. However, the only down sile its you have to put the planks and there is no holes or space indication on the wood so you have to manually measure the spaces between the planks.

A fairly decent bunk bed for the price. It is quite noisy creaking however if climbing to the top bunk and I wouldn’t recommend for adults. Also if you have deeper mattresses there is very little room between bunks. It looks good but wish I had tested it or spent more on a larger sturdy model or brand.

Does the job
It’s lovely looking when built however the paint chips so easily! We’ve had them up for about 2 weeks and the paint is really chipped which is ashame. I’m not a fan of the ladder design either think it would be better with a flat step rather than the way they are built. Easy enough to assemble with power tools.

The storage drawer base is a 3,0mm HDF panel.
HDF (High Density Fibreboard/Hardboard) is like MDF in that it is a man-made composite panel product that is manufactured from compressed wood fibres. When separating the bunk beds into two singles, a degree of re-assembly is required, moving the two longer legs to the headboard, full instructions are given but I can confirm that the beds do end up the same height.

I have checked the instructions you do not receive a third trundle i will pass this to the relevant department to get this removed from the picture there is a drawer that goes under the bed there would not be enough room to put a mattress under the bed. Thank you for pointing this out to us.
