A fantastic dish to make amazing soups.
I bought this for my wife, she loves to make soup and wasn't happy with the pans we had. She hasn't looked back since getting this. It's large enough to make a good amount of soup. It feels like it's been made really well and is of great quality. I, and my wife totally recommend this.

I can advise that the interior coating of the Habitat 3.3 Litre Cast Iron Casserole Dish - Orange is enamel coated. This isn't considered to be non-stick as the surface is porous, however, with the appropriate care, it will be easy to clean after use.
