Comfortable and supportive mattress
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Silvernet Ultragel 1400 Mattress before and I really sleep well on this mattress. It’s soft on top but gives good support for my back. The gel layer keeps it cool, so I don’t feel hot at night. The pocket springs help reduce movement, which is great if you share the bed. It feels strong and well made. I wake up feeling rested and fresh.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks spending close to a grand on a double mattress is outrageous and totally unjustified, so I took the opportunity to try this Silentnight Ultral Gel for a quarter of the price which for me is an absolute bargain. When it was delivered, my 1st impression was OMG. How thick is this??? It's just over 10 inches deep, and you can see straight away that it's definitely up to the job of supporting my partner and I (probably the whole family, including the dog). I didn't even have to lean it up against the wall like you would normally do with all the other mattresses because they usually just collapse in the middle, but this literally stood upright for a week which just shows how expertly made it is and that the quality is top notch. My sleep pattern has improved enormously, I'm usually a very fidgety sleeper, and I would wake up with aches and pains because of how I would toss and turn in the night and then end up sleeping in uncomfortable positions but I've had a much better quality of sleep. My only negative opinion is that when I took the packaging off, there was this awful chemical smell coming from the mattress, and unfortunately, after a month of using it, it's still there in the background. I'm not sure if the cause is the ultra gel feature inside the mattress. Hopefully, it will disappear soon enough.

Had one week. Top is softer and bit deeper than I thought but with a solid base you don’t sink in to the mattress. Suits both of us. Been told by my partner that she does not feel me getting up at night or twisting and turning, and I don’t feel her move either. So far do good

Strong and supportive!

Comfortable, great mattress
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never had better sleep. The mattress is so comfortable and good quality. You can’t put a price on a good nights sleep so I would definitely have invested in a good mattress myself. The only downfall is the mattress is quite heavy which only causes me problems when I’m trying to lift it up when changing the sheets.

Delightful nights sleep
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the last 5 or so years I’ve had the mattress I won’t name, but that was super popular and came in a box! I’ve had constant back pain and had to send it back twice for dipping! I had been eyeing up the new silent night gel mattress for some time and decided to Make the plunge and go for it! My gosh, I’m glad I did! It’s so thick - firm but exceptionally comfortable! I’ve had it for 4 weeks now and have slept a dream and my back pain has reduced a lot! Best thing I’ve bought in a long time! Now, how long until bed time?!

A firm and comfortable dream!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Silentnight UltraGel 1400 Pocket Mattress is an absolute dream! I chose a firm mattress and am so glad I did. My partner and I both love how comfortable it is, and have both observed that the firmness allows a person to get in/out of the bed whilst the other is sleeping without disrupting or moving them. I also received two pillows with my order, and they are also of excellent quality, and very comfortable. The service from Silentnight cannot be faulted. I was able to choose a delivery time that suited me, as well as a recycle/removal service to remove my old mattress. Overall this has been a great experience; we are really happy with our new mattress and would highly recommend this one.

Amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly, thank you so much Infkeunster for giving me the opportunity to review this product. For a while I’ve been looking for a good springy, high quality mattress so I was very chuffed when given this opportunity. The delivery was very quick and came on time, with multiple messages and emails alerting me of the time. The mattress itself isn’t too soft or too hard but just right with a number of springs to give you that high quality sleep. It is very breathable and not too hot. As of now, it seems it is a durable mattress however only time will tell. It is also very comfortable and provides a lot of support to the sleeper.
