Finishes my garden off nicely
I'm very pleased with the summerhouse with Side storage, I would have liked a stronger floor but other than that I can't fault it, it was easy to assemble with good clear instructions.

To calculate the size of base required for the particular building you wish to build, add 4 inches/10cm to the overall base dimensions to ensure an adequate base size for your shed.

I have spoken to our supplier who have advised as follows for the Mercia Corner Summerhouse with Shed:
"The 7 x 7 has a square footage of 35.19 squared ft and the 11 x 7 has a square footage of 57.68 squared ft."

Having checked, the dividing wall between the sections is integral to the structure and it wouldn't be possible to remove it to open the space out.

You can build a summer house on your property without planning permission as long as it's of a reasonable size – no higher than 4 metres.
We don't recommend placing a summer house on grass. The best foundations are concrete, paving slabs or timber decking.
