Disappointing
I had this just before Christmas, always wanted one. It’s one of the most disappointing items I’ve ever bought. It’s non stick and even with a smear of oil it still sticks and this was from making chicken skewers. It ruined the food

Brings out the flavour!
Brings out the flavour in the meat and makes griddle lines like restaurants. Cream colour looks nice. Heavier than expected but worth it.

Solid griddle pan, larger than a griddle frying pan. Small handles at each end.

Good but not perfect
Good but not so great on induction hobs as heat doesn’t transfer through the whole plate. Quite difficult to use overall and has to be dry to get the grill marks. But great purchase and worth the money.

It’s enamel coated, NOT non-stick coating. Pre-heating with oil should reduce food sticking to the pan.
