Yes, these 4W bulbs have an E14 bulb base. I needed this for the kitchen area's exhaust hood with this specification (see picture attached) - where a previous tenant had put in an E14 60W bulb!

takes an SES bulb of max. 60W but can be LED up to 10W. The Osram 40W Filament LED Candle SES Bulbs are 4W LED giving equivalent of 40W output.
