Good for a while
I bought this mattress to replace a more expensive one that was so uncomfortable. I’d previously purchased Silentnight mattresses before because I believe they are good quality, this mattress is lower budget and met my needs at the time but a couple of months on I can tell it’s not going to last long. It’s already losing its shape and has started creaking. I’d recommend if you want a short term fix but probably worth spending a bit more longer term.

Good For Price
Bought this when they were offering a 20% discount which obviously improves things.. Good for the price that i paid. One thing to be aware of is that the springs stop slightly short of the edge. The edge is made up of the padding which curves down a little meaning that it is slightly easier to slip/fall out of the bed if you are not aware of this.

Great mattress for the price
I bought this for someone who had been sleeping on an airbed for quite a while. She describes it as medium to firm and extremely comfortable. She has slept very well every night since she’s had this mattress and there’s no sign of her usual back pain. Money well spent

The Silentnight Essentials Microquilt Double Mattress has dimensions of 135cm x 190cm x 21cm. A small double bed, on the other hand, has dimensions of 120cm x 190cm. Therefore, the Silentnight Essentials Microquilt Double Mattress is not suitable for a small double bed.
