The colour and size are just what I wanted and for the price I paid it’s pretty good value. I haven’t attached it to the wall and it’s sturdy enough. There were some scuff marks, the product wasn’t in perfect condition out of the box but it was fairly minor and now it’s not noticeable once against the wall and with items on.
One of the shelves was damaged with no sign of damage on the box. Someone had clearly packed it broken. No one answered the help desk phone number. The chat support was incredibly rude. They took five minutes to respond to each answer I gave. It took almost an hour to arrange to have it taken away which should have been five minutes at most. The chat operator was clearly handling far too many calls.
Had my eye on this for a while and snapped it up when it was in offer. Sturdy construction, clear instructions. Only took about 20 mins max to build. Top tip use your cordless drill on low torque setting, ofherwise 4 screws per shelf, lots of wrist action. Very pleased with purchase looks great and holds lots of stuff.
