Looks great 👍🏼
Brought two of these in Jan sales, installed both in the downstairs hallway. Lovely lights and light up the hallway nicely. Nice gold finish and looks more expensive than it is. Overall great light!!

Exquisite!
Lovely ceiling light.

Classy
Measurements in catalogue very misleading and unit nowhere near as big as described. However it looks very nice on our ceiliĺlng but due to the frosted glass shades don't count on it for bright light - more for style and decoration!

Gorgeous finish - look very expensive!
Really good quality and look way more expensive than they are. The glass balls are quite fiddly to screw in, they don't seem to want to thread on and need some lubricant to get them to screw in. Apart from that - perfect

Looks good
Bulbs are not included. We bought the maximum wattage recommended bulbs 4 watt ( warm white) and its very bright, brightens the whole room perfectly and looks nice too. A good light fitting for the price

Does the job
I bought this last month and the lighting has transformed a dull sitting room.

Stylish and good value.
I feared this might be quite dim but the light is bright and the fitting looks sturdy and smart in our hall. I'd been eyeing up MADE styles for ages but baulked at the price. Really pleased I found this instead.

Good light, but beware of bulb size
The glass spheres have quite a narrow opening, and will not fit over the 20mm diameter "Osram LED Superstar 3.5W (=32 W) / 350 lm Dimmable" bulbs which I had bought. I'll now have to buy more bulbs with a smaller diameter. The light would have be more flexible if the glass spheres had a larger opening, to allow use of a wider range of LED bulbs.

Great effect!
Modern styling, with five piece glass ball lights. Fairly easy to install, and looks great switched off or on.

Hello Habitat,
The supplier has advised the following for the Habitat Boyd Flush Ceiling Light - Brass:
“ The height from the top of the base to where the light branches into the five arms is 15cm. ”
Thanks for using Q & A.
Hi Marjnson,
Thanks for your query about the Boyd Flush Ceiling Light - Brass.
This is brass. The term "brushed" brass is the same as with brushed steel. It's how the metal is externally finished. It gives it more of a smooth matte finish rather than how it would be if it was a "polished" brass finish.
Thanks for using Q&A.
Hello there,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Habitat Boyd Flush Ceiling Light - Brass: The maximum wattage per bulb for this light is 4W, but with five bulbs that could be up to 20W LED lighting in total, which is likely to be plenty for most regular sized rooms. To get a brighter bulb the two numbers to look out for with LEDs are the lumens and the kelvin rating. A 4W G9 bulb is likely to give off up to about 200-300 lumens, equivalent to an old 30W incandescent bulb, but combining 5 together makes for a bright light. In addition, for a kitchen a cool white would be better than a warm white, so a kelvin rating of around 4500 or higher would give off a whiter light than a lower kelvin rated bulb.
Hope this helps.
Thank you for using Q & A.
