I can advise the following for the Benson Table Lamp - Blue:
This will only support a max of 6W LED bulb that is e14 golf ball shaped. 6W LEDs produce around 700lumans, which is the equivalent to around a 60W bulb of old style.

“As this doesn't include a bulb it doesn't require to have a energy rating as it's the bulb that will be rated and not the fixture.”
