Excellent quality bed frame
Bought this bed for my 23 year old son. Very good quality material, looks more expensive than it is. Very robust also. I managed to put it together on my own (54 year old woman).

Sturdy
I’ve been using for about a month now. It was easy to put together, easier to do if you have two people. I like the look and love that it’s small profile, good quality and very sturdy. I don’t like that it’s a flat base, the mattress does move a bit, I forget when I lean on the bed sometimes. Also the headboard, I wouldn’t have chosen this frame knowing that the pillows are the perfect height for the gap in the headboard. Also note it has an extra leg under rather the bed sometimes drawers just about fit.

Lovely stylish bed frame, quality materials
The bed is stylish, and has the slim profile I wanted for my guest room, yet is nice and sturdy. Easy and quick to assemble (you do need a second person to help hold the parts in place). Nice quality materials. The slats have a decent spring to them, which makes for a good nights sleep.

Habitat Tatsuma Double Wooden Bed Frame - Ash Stain
Having checked I can see the top rail of the head board is Plywood with ash veneer. Base slats are plywood. Support rails are pine. Other frame rails are solid ash.

Thanks for your query about the Tatsuma Double Wooden Bed Frame - Ash Stain.
Having checked to see, the corners at the ends on this are rounded. This is most visible at the front, foot, end. As the headboard attaches at an angle at the back, the curve, though it's there, is not so obviously visible to the eye at that end.

Having checked to see, it is a "platform" bed. It's just a flat surface on which the mattress rests, it doesn't have any side panels or anything that creates a lip or raised edge for the mattress to sit within.

Sadly, we do not have any images showing the slats. The slats are wooden and 30 slats are provided. 15 for the right side and 15 for the left side which connect with plastic centre caps.
